These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Content Kingdom website, the coaching program, and any digital products sold through this site. By using the site or purchasing anything, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Content Kingdom is a creator coaching program and digital product business. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean The Content Kingdom and its operator.
2. The coaching program
The Content Kingdom program is invite-based. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Each application is reviewed personally, and the response will either include a calendar link to a discovery call or feedback on what to build first.
What you get when enrolled:
- Six 60 minute one-on-one strategy calls over 90 days, bi-weekly
- Editable templates delivered as PDFs and duplicate-ready documents
- Async review of your work between calls
- The bonus library on Day One
Outcome promise. If you complete the work, attend the calls, and send the required pitch volume, and no brand deal or service client closes within 90 days, one-on-one calls continue at no additional cost until one closes.
Refund policy. Coaching is a custom service. Refunds are not offered after the onboarding call. If you cancel before the onboarding call, you receive a full refund minus any processing fees.
3. Digital products
Digital products purchased through the Shop are delivered automatically by email after Stripe processes payment. The download links remain accessible for your personal use.
License. When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files in your own creator work. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the files
- Share the files with others or upload them to public file sharing services
- Use the files in any product or template you sell to third parties
Refund policy. Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of these products, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted or the download link is broken, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Free resources
Free resources are delivered after you provide your email address. By doing so, you consent to receive related updates from The Content Kingdom. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or any content in a way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to bypass payment, hack the site, or scrape content
- Impersonate the brand or use the site to harass, deceive, or harm others
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including templates, scripts, frameworks, videos, and copy, is owned by The Content Kingdom. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish anything without written permission, except where a paid product or free resource explicitly grants a personal-use license.
7. No guarantees of results
The Content Kingdom shares the system and tools that produced real results. Your results depend on your effort, your niche, your execution, and external factors outside our control. We make no income guarantees or guarantees of specific business outcomes beyond the outcome promise stated above.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Content Kingdom and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, the program, or any product. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in that location, unless local consumer protection law dictates otherwise.
